The Role:

In the role, you will speak to customers over the telephone to discuss the products we have to offer. You will enjoy building a rapport, listening to and understanding our customers’ requirements and showcase the options available to them, With a flair for sales, and a passion for our products, you will match the customer’s requirements with a product and have the ability to close on the call.

Key elements:

  • Telephone based sales with warm prospects
  • Professional yet informal environment, where relationship building and strong communication skills are key
  • No weekend work
  • No cold calling
  • 2pm – 3pm finish on a Friday

The Ideal Candidate:

As a brand ambassador, you will be a compassionate professional with a full understanding of the complete sales process from pitching to closing in a telephone sales environment. You will be approachable, caring and want to make a real difference for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience proven sales experience.

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. We will require a DBS check and standard background checks for all successful candidates.
